As he tries to silence the superstitions and assert rational authority, the Reverend sets out to prove that the ancient burial plot only possesses archaeological significance. But his mission quickly unearths more than old bones. Struck by tragedy, shadowed by distrust, and constantly followed by a dark, spectral presence that grows bolder by the day, the Reverend must finally face what lies beneath—not just the earth, but his own convictions.
